A machine can do more of your life every year. Most of it, it should. Nobody needs to hand-address envelopes or do long division to stay human.
But some things are inefficient on purpose. Writing an apology is inefficient precisely because you have to write the apology. Calling your mother is inefficient precisely because you have to call your mother. Choosing something yourself is inefficient precisely because you have to exercise judgment.
There is no system that will make this automatic. You cannot optimize your way into staying human. This page will not give you a score, because a score would be the exact mistake it is warning about. It only helps you find the line, and notice when it moves.
